All of our quartz, porcelain and mineral surfaces are covered with our lifetime warranty when they have been purchased for indoor use in residential properties such as for kitchen worktops or bathroom surfaces.
Because of our meticulous attention to detail when delivering and distributing your new worktops, we feel confident that your worktops will reach you in perfect condition. If we spot any defect, we ensure it is rectified or replaced prior to dispatch. In the rare case that your Caesarstone worktops are damaged, we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Unfortunately, we do not provide cover against installation defects.

Caesarstone quartz, mineral and porcelain are some of the most heat-resistant and hard-wearing surfaces, bettering most granites and marble.
However, as with any natural surface, Caesarstone does need protection from sudden temperature changes like hot pots and pans such as with a worktop protector or trivet. Cleaning your Caesarstone surface is easy thanks to its non-porous properties – light stains and spills can be simply wiped clean with a mild detergent and water.
