This is thanks to our diligent manufacturing processes and exacting excellent standards when it comes to quality control. To extend this peace of mind into something more tangible for all our customers, we confidently offer a lifetime warranty across our residential indoor products.   ## What’s covered?  All of our quartz, porcelain and mineral surfaces are covered with our lifetime warranty when they have been purchased for indoor use in residential properties such as for kitchen worktops or bathroom surfaces. Because of our meticulous attention to detail when delivering and distributing your new worktops, we feel confident that your worktops will reach you in perfect condition. If we spot any defect, we ensure it is rectified or replaced prior to dispatch. Unfortunately, we do not provide cover against installation defects.    ## How do I register my warranty? You can now [register your Caesarstone worktops online](https://info.caesarstone.co.uk/warranty-registration) to activate your lifetime warranty. You’ll need to have the following information to hand:  - Personal details - Installation date - Where the worktops were purchased from  You can register for your warranty within 3 months of purchase. Once you submit your request, you will receive a digital warranty certificate to validate your claim. Should you have any questions, please contact the Caesarstone team directly at [info@caesarstone.co.uk](mailto:info@caesarstone.co.uk) and we'll be happy to help.   ## What are the benefits of registering for a warranty? There are a number of benefits that you can enjoy once you’ve registered for a warranty. One is peace of mind, as you know that if something goes wrong with your worktop, you’re covered. By registering for your worktop warranty, you’re essentially investing in your own peace of mind and it can save you money too. If there is a manufacturing defect with your Caesarstone worktop, you won’t need to pay for a replacement surface as this will be replaced free of charge by us. Not only will you get these benefits but once you’ve activated your warranty and provided feedback on your experience so far with Caesarstone, you'll receive a free tea towel and will be entered into our quarterly prize draw for a £500 John Lewis Voucher. It’s just our way of saying thank you!   ## How can I best look after my Caesarstone worktops?    While our warranty ensures peace of mind, we recommend some specific care and maintenance tips to keep your worktops looking as good as new for many years to come. Caesarstone quartz, mineral and porcelain are some of the most heat-resistant and hard-wearing surfaces, bettering most granites and marble.  However, as with any natural surface, Caesarstone does need protection from sudden temperature changes like hot pots and pans such as with a worktop protector or trivet. Cleaning your Caesarstone surface is easy thanks to its non-porous properties – light stains and spills can be simply wiped clean with a mild detergent and water.  And you don’t just have to take our word on it; our customers agree… "*We chose *[*1001 Riverlet*](https://www.caesarstone.co.uk/catalogue/1001-riverlet/)* because of the colour and appearance. It looks good and is so easy to keep clean. It shrugs off stains easily and requires minimum care.*" – Anita from Norwich “[*1002 Wyndigo*](https://www.caesarstone.co.uk/catalogue/1002-wyndigo/)* is the perfect pebble colour. It looks very natural, easy to keep clean and very robust.”* – Zoe from Glasgow “*We have had our Caesarstone *[*3100 Jet Black*](https://www.caesarstone.co.uk/catalogue/3100-jet-black/)* worktop for almost a year now. It is easy to clean and maintain. Very happy with it.*” – Megan from Coventry Caesarstone is tough, but not indestructible – like any other worktop material, it can be permanently damaged if exposed to harsh chemicals or solvents such as oven cleaners or dishwasher polishing agents.
