KBB 2022 saw Caesarstone UK exhibit for the third time at the renowned Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom show, with an increased presence compared to previous years. The stand remained busy throughout the four-day period, with thousands of great conversations being had between the Caesarstone team and both long-established and new partners.

“Caesarstone is experiencing phenomenal growth, and as such we wanted our KBB stand to reflect this” says Jonathan Stanley, Caesarstone UK and EMEA VP Marketing. “KBB is an important industry platform for us, hence our expanded presence at the 2022 show. However, despite the bigger stand, we retained the same warm, inviting and open feel from before. Industry feedback from the previous show was fantastic, with guests talking about the unique stand design and relaxed atmosphere – often people were with us for an hour or more. Caesarstone is a brand where design detail matters as much as the experience and the stand is reflective of the high standards to which we hold ourselves.”

Caesarstone KBB 2022 Black Tempal BarCaesarstone’s 2022 stand was comprised of two distinct areas. The first area dedicated to a bar, a private office, 32 Caesarstone product displays as well as multiple tables and seating areas. The bar area, from which coffee was served throughout the day (or Prosecco post-4pm) was striking. Adorned with stunning 5810 Black Tempal, the bar was further enhanced by the addition of Buster + Punch’s Hero Light, as well as a brushed brass Kaelo for chilling the Prosecco. The coffee was once again a hit amongst visitors to the stand, further adding to the welcoming environment created by the Caesarstone team.

The private office softened the overall atmosphere of the stand with its Oak slatted exterior, much in contrast to the more industrial feel of the product displays. This area was used to host private meetings, but also to showcase Caesarstone’s Outdoor product range, further Buster + Punch lighting, taps, fixtures and fittings.

Throughout this area of the stand were multiple seating areas. These areas were created through the use of tables, topped with Caesarstone surfaces, and soft seating. The micro-wingback Tom Dixon chairs were understandably particularly popular with visitors to the stand and provided a lovely, comfortable area in which visitors could stay, discuss plans and new product, all whilst enjoying their coffee.

As with previous years, the KBB stand was designed to be a warm and welcoming environment so many of the additional design elements served to soften the space and create a cosseting environment. The carpet used was once again complimented multiple times for its softness, important when visitors are on their feet for the majority of the day.

The sustainability element of the stand was important throughout the design process with the majority of the stand being re-constructed from materials used on the previous stand and product displays taken from our showroom. Any new additions we sourced carefully such as using beautiful and sustainable Kvadrat fabric to create an inviting atmosphere and a softness to the stand, as well as ensure the stand aligned with our ESG messaging.

Product Displays at KBB

The 32 product displays were used to display a mix of both new and previously displayed quartz surfaces. The new product was a huge hit, with many visitors excited to order samples and displays ready for use in future projects. The show saw the launch of seven new quartz designs, five of which form the new Pebbles Collection. Shaped by nature, this collection is inspired by the beauty and organic simplicity of the humble pebble. The further two new products, 5121 Layalite and 5820 Darcrest, were also popular additions. Layalite, crisp white with grey veining, serves the continuation of the white marble trend, whilst Darcrest, dark, and patterned with greens and ochres, adds to the fast-growing category of dark surfaces. Amongst all the new designs, Darcrest was the surface that drew the most attention and Caesarstone partners found themselves unable to resist its tactile nature.

Preview of Caesarstone's Porcelain collectionThe second area of the stand was created to be more open, with more soft seating and lots of beautiful planting. This part of the stand was dedicated to the display of Caesarstone’s brand-new Porcelain range. Launching in late Summer 2022, the range will contain over 20 colours, 10 of which were on display at KBB. This is Caesarstone UK’s first move into the Porcelain market and serves to further bolster our vast range of expertly crafted surfaces. The excitement around the new product was palpable, with many partners being sure to check they’d be informed as soon as the new range was available.
