A former dairy farm, the site has been regenerated by Yorkshire-based property developers Holroyd Homes to include a mix of 3, 4 and 5-bed luxury homes, all featuring beautiful, contemporary surfaces by Caesarstone.  ![holroyd-homes-caesarstone-misty-carrera-cost-preview](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/hubfs/holroyd-homes-caesarstone-misty-carrera-cost-preview.webp) APPROX. Heritage materials and finishes have been masterfully combined with modern elements to give the site a traditional look whilst providing the latest technology and comforts. Beautifully aged natural stone sits alongside large swathes of glazing and bifold doors to make the most of the stunning countryside views. Juliet balconies, sunrooms, orangeries and rooflights have been incorporated into most of the homes to maximise their scenic vistas and bring more natural light indoors. Taking centre stage within the properties, each kitchen has been meticulously planned to ensure it meets all the demands of family living. Designed to become the multi-functional hub of the home, the open-plan kitchens by local bespoke kitchen maker Daval feature sleek and contemporary cabinetry in neutral colours. The central islands or peninsulas provide the perfect spot for cooking, entertaining, working remotely or simply enjoying a drink whilst admiring the views from the bifold doors.  ![Close-up of Caesarstone Misty Carrera quartz kitchen worktops](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/holroyd-homes-caesarstone-misty-carrera-02.jpg?width=1920&height=1080&name=holroyd-homes-caesarstone-misty-carrera-02.jpg)The perfect finishing touch, [Caesarstone’s 4141 Misty Carrera ](https://www.caesarstone.co.uk/catalogue/4141-misty-carrera/)has been selected for the worktops in the majority of the properties. Flecks of light and dark grey add depth to a soft white base, making this design a popular and versatile choice for contemporary interiors. Marrying beauty and function, Caesarstone surfaces were chosen by the developers because of their aesthetics, durability and low maintenance. Mor Krisher, Head of Product Design at Caesarstone, comments: “The beauty of opting for Caesarstone is that you can achieve an aesthetic you love without compromising on durability. Along with a vast range of colours and styles to suit any kitchen design, Caesarstone’s worktops are among the hardest stone surfaces on the market and promise to stand the test of time. Impenetrable, dense, and resilient, the worktops are resistant to heat, stains and scratches. Equally important, our surfaces [require minimal daily upkeep,](https://www.caesarstone.co.uk/care-and-maintenance) and in most instances will wipe clean with a cloth and mild detergent, meaning that the heart of the home can stay clean, hygienic and beautiful at all times, even when it comes to busy family kitchens." Throughout the kitchens, premium technologies and appliances have been specified, including underfloor heating, Caple or BORA induction hobs and Quooker boiling water taps. State-of-the-art features have also been integrated in the rest of the properties to create new builds unlike any others.   Are you inspired to transform your new build kitchen into your dream space?
