Each of the properties featured individually designed open-plan kitchens, all of which were individually designed with Second Nature cabinetry. For a truly unique character, each kitchen was finished with a different colour scheme, including cabinetry colours and  Caesarstone surfaces, “3141 Eggshell”, “2141 Snow” and “4141 Misty Carrera”. ![peter-david-homes-welyn-03](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/peter-david-homes-welyn-03.jpg?width=1240&name=peter-david-homes-welyn-03.jpg)The Caesarstone worktop surfaces contributed to the high specification of the new homes, alongside energy efficient appliances from Neff, Blanco mixer taps, and large format porcelain floor tiles complete with underfloor heating on the ground floor for the pinnacle of comfort. Each home’s kitchen featured either a peninsula breakfast bar or a stand-alone feature island, offering casual dining and plentiful hosting spaces, with Caesarstone worktops specified for both. In addition, the beautiful stone surfaces were used for the upstands and  extended across windowsills for a seamless finish. ![peter-david-homes-welyn-04](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/peter-david-homes-welyn-04.jpg?width=1240&name=peter-david-homes-welyn-04.jpg)Glen Eaton, Director at [Peter David Homes](https://peterdavidhomes.com/), said of the specification: “We choose to partner with Caesarstone as the brand is recognised and trusted by consumers and is entirely in keeping with the quality and standard of finish that we seek to achieve in all of our luxury new homes”. ![peter-david-homes-welyn-02](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/peter-david-homes-welyn-02.jpg?width=1240&name=peter-david-homes-welyn-02.jpg)With the long-lasting beauty of Caesarstone offering advantages in hard-wearing areas of the home, Peter David Homes also used the surfaces in each property’s utility room, with the durability and strength being perfect for the heavy traffic space whilst maintaining the luxury aesthetic appeal. Glen Eaton explained the commercial value in specifying quality surface brands for new developments:  “Our customers pay a great deal of attention to a kitchen when buying a new home from us. The  fit, finish and choice of materials and brands speaks volumes about the rest of the development. They want to see and feel quality and when they do, it can accelerate the sales process.” ### Topics - [Kitchen design](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/tag/kitchen-design) - [Commercial](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/tag/commercial) - [Case Study](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/tag/case-study) ## Related Articles ![](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/hubfs/8252_Sedara_Render2_1282X715_RGB_110226%20copy.jpg) [ Read more ](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/moving-beyond-grey) Moving beyond grey: How Earth-inspired palettes are the new neutral [ Read more ](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/moving-beyond-grey) ![](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/hubfs/5115_Calacatta_Stillstorm-kitchen-1920x1080.webp) [ Read more ](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/how-to-choose-a-marble-inspired-surface) How to choose a marble-inspired surface that stands the test of time [ Read more ](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/how-to-choose-a-marble-inspired-surface) ![Bettina's Caesarstone Kitchen](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/hubfs/caesarstone-bettinas-kitchen-cloudburst-concrete-01.webp) [ Read more ](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/case-study-bettinas-kitchen-a-creative-culinary-studio-built-for-connection) Case study: Bettina’s Kitchen - A Creative Culinary Studio Built for Connection [ Read more ](https://blog.caesarstone.co.uk/case-study-bettinas-kitchen-a-creative-culinary-studio-built-for-connection) ##### Accessibility Menu Contrast Grayscale High Contrast Default Contrast Other Settings Highlight Links Pause all motion Cancel Accessibility ##### Search * * ##### Select your region and language Continue Can't find your local site?
