Renowned British interior designer and television personality Linda Barker lives in a beautiful Georgian country house located on the edge of a rural village in East Yorkshire. Built in 1820, the home is a busy hub for Linda and her partner, as they often entertain friends and family and run residential yoga retreats.

The entire unit looks as if it’s hewn from a block of rock! I love it.”
The recent updates to Linda’s kitchen focused on expanding the sink area to accommodate larger groups. “If I’d added another unit to the dishwasher unit, I would have had a noticeable join where the old unit meets the new,” she explains. “By cladding the new sink unit in Caesarstone, I’m not at all bothered by the painted surface meeting the rugged concrete. The beautiful unit is elegant in its own right and enhances the original kitchen.”
